Bexley Elementary School families have Meet the Teacher Day on August 10. The first day of classes on Thursday, August 13.

Principal Vanessa Hilton outlined the back-to-school timeline in the school's Community Connection newsletter published Sunday, August 2.

"This will be an opportunity for you to visit your child's classroom, set up dismissal procedures, and pay your school fees," Hilton wrote.

The Wesley Chapel campus will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on August 10, giving parents a five-hour window to walk the building, meet staff, and handle logistics before the first bell rings three days later. Families who want to update how their child gets home can use the Change of Dismissal form linked on the school website. Fees can be paid in person that day or online through ONE Wallet, powered by Rycor, at studentquickpay.com/pasco/.

Supply lists and online resources

Grade-by-grade supply lists covering VPK through 5th grade are posted in the top navigation at bes.pasco.k12.fl.us. The site also links to the myStudent parent portal, transportation information, and the district school-year calendar.

The Meet the Teacher and first-day dates align with the Pasco County district-wide elementary calendar, meaning families at other Pasco elementary schools are on the same schedule.

Hilton signed her letter "With Bulldog Pride," a nod to the school mascot.
