Promise Garden ceremony opens walk morning

Registration opens at 8 a.m. at 28211 Paseo Drive. A Promise Garden flower ceremony follows at 9 a.m., with the walk stepping off immediately after, according to the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce event listing.
