The first apartments at the Two Rivers master-planned community are now available to rent, giving Wesley Chapel-area residents a new option along the State Road 56 corridor.
The Oasis at Two Rivers began leasing units on Thursday, Aug. 27, according to The Wesley Chapel Loop. The community offers eight floor plans across one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, ranging from approximately 818 to 1,316 square feet.
Third-party listing sites show starting rents around $1,420 per month for one-bedroom units, though prospective tenants should confirm pricing directly with the leasing office.

One-bedroom layouts range from 818 to 868 square feet across three plans: the Serenity, the Allure and the Horizon. Four two-bedroom, two-bathroom options run from 1,140 to 1,219 square feet. The largest unit, a three-bedroom called the Vista, offers approximately 1,316 square feet.
According to the community's listing, units include smart-home technology, keyless entry, Whirlpool stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and full-size washers and dryers. Some include screened-in balconies.
Community amenities
The complex includes an approximately 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with a 24-hour fitness center, coffee bar and private workstations. Outside, residents get a beach-entry pool, a pickleball court, a paw park and dedicated EV charging parking.
Where Two Rivers fits
Two Rivers sits along SR-56 between Morris Bridge Road and Highway 301. The community straddles the Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills border; listing sites show a Zephyrhills mailing address, though the development markets itself within the Wesley Chapel area near The Shops at Wiregrass and Tampa Premium Outlets.
The broader master-planned community already has ten homebuilders selling single-family homes priced from the mid-$300,000s to over $1 million, according to the Two Rivers community website.
The Oasis apartments represent the first rental phase of a much larger buildout. In July 2026, the Pasco County Planning Commission recommended approval of a Two Rivers expansion that would add nearly 4,000 homes, 2,500 apartments, hotels and a 35-acre water park, Tampa Bay 28 reported. As of that vote, the proposal was heading to the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners for a final decision.
Construction continues on the larger development, though no timeline for additional apartment phases has been announced.
