A Ukrainian-inspired café and bakery built around farm-fresh milk has opened its second Florida location in Wesley Chapel’s northwest corridor.

Farmer’s Milk began serving customers Tuesday, Aug. 25, at The Hub at Lexington Oaks, 27049 Halter Loop, according to The Wesley Chapel Loop. The café joins a growing roster of restaurants at the $24 million mixed-use village at the corner of Wesley Chapel Boulevard and Lexington Oaks Boulevard.

The brand’s concept centers on fresh farm milk used across its coffee drinks, pastries, desserts and breakfast dishes. The all-day menu runs from specialty espresso drinks and syrniki — Eastern European cheese pancakes made with farmer cheese — to sandwiches, salads, quiche, entrées and a dessert case stocked with Basque cheesecake, Napoleon cake, Pavlova and éclairs.

Wesley Chapel is the brand’s third location overall. Farmer’s Milk operates an established café at 1801 N. Young Circle in Hollywood, Florida, and opened a Schaumburg, Illinois, location in early 2026. The Village of Schaumburg welcomed the brand on its official Facebook page in January, describing it as a Ukrainian bakery and café known for elevated omelets with asparagus, caviar and burrata alongside its pastry lineup.

The Hub at Lexington Oaks is a 40,000-square-foot, six-building retail village developed by siblings Courtney Bissett-Hayes and Paul Bissett of Center Connect Development, the same team behind The Hub at Bexley in Land O’ Lakes. Bissett-Hayes told Neighborhood News in August 2024 that the 6.5-acre project was designed as “a neighborhood amenity, like the Lexington Oaks community’s clubhouse,” adding that the developers were “serious about providing something special for the area.”

Farmer’s Milk joins Cinnaholic, which opened Friday, Aug. 21, among the center’s first wave of tenants. Other announced tenants include Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken, Hummus Republic, Brew Bar Self Pour, La Creación Bistro, Saigon Pho, The Monk’s Indian Fusion Cuisine, Island Grill and The Landing Bar and Grill, according to What’s New Pasco.

Center Connect said in 2024 that it planned to build 10 Hubs across Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties, all positioned near established master-planned communities. Hours for the Wesley Chapel Farmer’s Milk have not been published; the Hollywood location operates daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
