Pasco County permit records list a proposed 7-Eleven with gas pumps and a car wash at 5818 Curley Road near Wesley Chapel Boulevard.
As of Oct. 26, Civtil’s Pasco records listing showed four permits for the project. The filings describe a one-story convenience store, gas sales and a car wash, according to Pasco County permit records tracked by Civtil. The Wesley Chapel Loop, which first reported the proposal Oct. 27, described it as a 10,322-square-foot store with gas pumps on 4.88 acres. The parcel figures do not line up: The Loop gives 4.88 acres, while Civtil’s linked county parcel record lists 1.11 acres. The permit listing does not show the full project footprint or explain the difference. Available permit filings do not name a developer or property owner, and no hearing date or construction timeline is listed.
The site sits along a stretch of Curley Road where commercial development has followed rapid residential growth. A Publix, Starbucks, Circle K and Florida Medical Clinic already operate along the corridor, according to Neighborhood News. 7-Eleven also operates an existing location at 27219 Wesley Chapel Blvd. The permit listing describes a proposal; it does not document approval.
