About 100 independent artisans will set up along Paseo Drive at The Shops at Wiregrass on Saturday, Oct. 24, and Sunday, Oct. 25, for the Wesley Chapel Craft Festival.

Admission is free. The juried show runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days at 28211 Paseo Drive, and leashed dogs are welcome, according to the Wesley Chapel Community Website.

American Craft Endeavors, the show's producer, screens exhibitors before accepting them. Shoppers can browse handmade jewelry, pottery, ceramics, fine art photography, oil paintings and artisan clothing.

The organizer's exhibitor guidelines require artists to present their own original, handcrafted work. A limited number of clearly labeled reproductions are permitted, but kits, imported merchandise and mass-produced items are prohibited.

A Green Market will run alongside the craft booths, offering plants, orchids, hand-poured soaps, small-batch spices and freshly popped kettle corn.

Two festivals, one weekend

The craft festival overlaps with the North Tampa Bay Chamber's 22nd annual Wesley Chapel Fall Festival at The Grove, 6105 Wesley Grove Blvd.

The Fall Festival runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 24-25, with carnival rides beginning Thursday, Oct. 22, according to the Pasco Community Website.

The event features live entertainment, food trucks, a kids zone with bounce houses and pony rides, and a fall pageant on Saturday. Sunday's activities include costume contests for children and pets and a trick-or-treat stroll with free candy.

Admission information differs between event sources. The North Tampa Bay Chamber's event calendar advertises free entry, while a ticketing page from Florida Penguin Productions lists a $5 admission charge for attendees older than 3. Visitors should confirm current admission prices with the organizers before attending. Carnival rides and some activities may require separate payment.

The chamber expects more than 10,000 attendees and says the festival has raised more than $100,000 for local charities since 2020.
